President Obama Drops to -17 in Presidential Approval Index; Nine-Point Drop in Three Days

President Obama's rating fell to -17 in the latest Rasmussen Presidential Approval Index, a nine-point drop since Wednesday, when he stood at -8. The rating is determined by subtracting those surveyed who "Strongly Disapprove" of Obama's performance as President, from those who "Strongly Approve." Today's numbers show 27% "Strongly Approve," while 44% "Strongly Disapprove."
The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Saturday shows that 27% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Overall, Obama has a -9 approval rating, with 45% approving of his job as President, while 54% disapprove.

disturbing to think 45% still approve of his job performance.

I agree! But it is good to note that the 45% includes all shades of "approve." The "strongly approve" number is down to 27%. Those are the hardcore Leftists who will follow Obama right off the cliff.
