O'Reilly Reports "New England Journal of Medicine" Story that Nearly 50% of Doctors May Leave the Profession if ObamaCare Passes - Video 3/16/10

Here is video of Bill O'Reilly reporting on a New England Journal of Medicine story that a new survey from The Medicus Firm shows nearly half of doctors in America said they would consider "leaving the profession" if Obama's Health Care Legislation passes!

That is a stunning number, which is just a devastating unintended consequence of ObamaCare when coupled with the fact that 30 million more people would be put into the system. The result would be a massive rationing of care simply because there would be too few doctors to go around to meet the demand of patients.

From the New England Journal of Medicine story:

Health Reform and Primary Care Physicians
• 46.3% of primary care physicians (family medicine and internal medicine) feel that the passing of health reform will either force them out of medicine or make them want to leave medicine. . . MORE

You're right, Bill, doctors want a pinhead in Hartford telling them how to practice medicine.
