President Obama Throws MSNBC and CNN Under the Bus with Fox News; Says to "Stop Watching" - Video 2/3/2010

Here is video of President Obama today talking to Democrats where he told them to turn off "MSNBC" and other Cable TV networks and get out with real people and connect with them. Obama said they need to get out of the "echo chamber" where the topic is constantly politics.

It does not surprise me that Obama said to turn off Fox News. That is consistent with the war on Fox. But the folks at CNN and MSNBC especially, have to be in shock that he would say such a thing when they have sacrificed their journalistic integrity on his behalf!

I don't see how this is anti FOX news. He mentioned the other major news stations as well. I am certainly NOT a fan of Obama, but lets call it like it is. He made a trivial statement so leave it at that. When right wing (or left wing) commentators make a big deal out of nothing their opinions lose credibility. Save yours for when it's needed. Right now, you sound like a whiny baby.

The "war of Fox" I spoke of was what the White House attempted earlier this year, even attempting to exclude Fox News from the press pool.

I just found it interesting that Obama said to turn off MSNBC - his biggest cheerleader. It's not a big deal, but something I found interesting. That's why I posted it.

Hey Brian and Annonymous,

This Obama statement come as a dirrect result of MSNBC finally calling him out.

This is no small thing, He has continued to try and control he media. Now that he's not able to control the media he is trying to control us and what we choose to watch.

Thanks to all for being involved, Blessings, Shane (Hangmann747)
