Keith Olbermann Tries to Respond to Brilliant Dallas Tea Party Ad that Skewered MSNBC - Video 2/23/10

Above is video of MSNBC's Keith Olbermann responding to the Dallas Tea Party's recent ad that hammered Olbermann and MSNBC for their lack of "diversity" in their anchor lineup. Olbermann got this back and forth started by piously criticizing the Tea Party Movement for its "lack of diversity."

Olbermann says MSNBC has "newscasters" and "contributors" who are "people of color." Despite the fact the Dallas Tea Party Ad makes the point they have "more diversity on their three-person steering committee" than MSNBC has on its anchor lineup, Olbermann persists in asking, "Where are your people of color?"

In case you missed it, below is the Dallas Tea Party Ad in question. Olbermann tried to close the wound the ad opened, but he's living in his own little world - as usual - that has no connection with reality.

The ad ends up flattering the idiot. The man with 0 ratings against Texas -- why bother.

No connection to reality? Mr Olbermann has challenged y'all. Show us ANY evidence of ANY real diversity amongst teabaggers. One token on a board doesn't cut it. The truth is that teabag rallies are almost all white folk. Also the people who hire MSNBCs hosts are of a Corporate mindset - the Tea Party is supposedly grass roots - C'mon, man - Olbermann's right.
