Here is video of Dick Morris talking with Great van Susteren last night, where he predicted once again that Republicans will retake control of the U.S. Senate and the House of Representatives.
Morris explained how he sees the GOP taking the Senate.
1. He believes there are five seats where the GOP will win easily: DE, ND, AR, NV, CO.
2. Four seats that will be tough, but doable: PA, IL, CA (Boxer), IN
3. GOP Needs one more win out of these: NY (Gillibrand seat), WA, OR, WI, CT
You can see by looking at the "Polls and Projections Table" near the bottom of the homepage that what Morris is saying is very possible. The five he thinks the GOP will win are borne out by the poll data so far, and Pennsylvania and Illinois also look very doable. Morris actually said he thinks the GOP will win back the Senate "with a few seats to spare!"
Morris also praised Sarah Palin, saying that in a candidate you "can't replace courage, integrity, guts, and confidence - and she has those in abundance."
Greta told Morris she can't believe Indiana would not re-elect Evan Bayh, because he is a "moderate Democrat." Morris said that the whole Health Care Bill has revealed that "there is no such thing as a Moderate Democrat." When push came to shove and they had to vote, Morris said the so-called "Moderate" Dems "folded like a cheap suit."
