Sarah Palin Says Obama Did Not Respect the "Separation of Powers" in Slamming the Supreme Court - Video 1/27/10

Here is video of Sean Hannity talking with Sarah Palin tonight about President Obama's berating of the Supreme Court during his State of the Union Address. They watched a clip of Justice Alito shaking his head and mouthing "Not true" when Obama slammed the Court's decision to allow American Corporations to have free speech rights in political campaigns.

Afterwards, Palin criticized Obama's behavior in "embarrassing the court" during the speech, and said he was not "respecting the Separation of Powers" in doing so.

Palin said that either Alito or Obama was not telling the truth tonight, and she clearly thinks it was President Obama.

Arrogance and contempt for everyone but himself. He sure is good at handing out blame. The only thing he took responsibility for was not explaining it to us in a manner we dummies could understand. Sounded like a cross between Dr. Huxtable and Rev. Wright! Imagine calling out the Supreme Court because he didn't like their decision. I think they will remember that should he get impeached some day! We can only hope!!!!

BHO set's himself above all powers in our country. He has crossed so many lines that nothing surprises us anymore. We have given a dangerous man the reigns to ruin this country. Calling out the Supreme Court is not only a breach in protocol but a view to the future plans of this Chavevesq supreme ruler!

While I am glad the court is 5-4 conservative, I only trust Anthony Kennedy. Without him lots of decisions could have made the US a really bad place to live...decisions from one side or the other. Example: the film American Beauty would have been banned by conservatives and Internet anonymity would not be a right because of them (CDA decision). 5 liberals would have made it a federal crime to insult or hit a woman but not a man (feminism gone wild). Kennedy is the only reliable one with common sense.

Therefore, if the court really were unbalanced and insane (which it is probably not with this decision) I would talk like Obama did if I were President. Palin is being a populist...she would do the same thing if she were Pres and a liberal dominant court made a ruling she personally found insane.

I guess it irks him that his people are in *power* except for the 3rd of 4 branches of government (the press is the 4th branch but they are collapsing as Twitter rises).

Meanwhile, it looks like Obama will be replacing Ginsburg soon. She doesn't look well, bless her heart (I totally disagree with her outlook but am sad she contracted cancer).

I doubt that American Beauty would be banned by conservatives. It's the progressives that want total control over people -- for example, PC codes. Conservatives have a greater "live and let live" attitude than the left with its all its social justice agendas.
