Democrat Rep. Joe Sestak Admits Deal for Ben Nelson's Vote was "A Disgrace"; Says Democrats "Aren't Transparent" - Video 1/7/10
Here is video of Democrat Rep. Joe Sestak saying in an interview with the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review that he thought the deal Democrats made with Nebraska Sen. Ben Nelson for his Health Care vote was "a disgrace."
Sestak said bluntly that the Democrats have been less than open in their dealings:
You have to give Rep. Sestak credit for being honest in these comments. What they have done in ramming through the Health Care Bill with backroom deals is a "disgrace," and they have conducted themselves in a shameful way, hiding their deliberations from the American people.
"At times, I find the caucus is a real disappointment. We aren't transparent, not just to the public but at times to the members . . . . "

He's got that soft spoken voice like Reid has and Tom Daschle's voice comes to mind. Snakes!
Yet, I'm sure he has and will continue to vote for whatever piece of crap legislation they throw down on the table. He's just covering his butt...no more, no less.
I was on Sestak's staff at the Pentagon when he was a two star. Believe me, he's smooth as silk when he's talking to you, just watch out for the knife in the back. A lib is a lib...the only constituent Sestak is concerned with is himself. He is a snake oil salesman.
hyandright,
Thanks for the insight. And thanks for your service to our nation.
