VP Joe Biden Makes Early Entrance at Speaking Event - Video 12/2/09
Here is video of Vice-President Joe Biden making an early entrance on Wednesday as he was still being introduced. Biden had been rushing to get to the Marriott Hotel in Washington and did not realize the speaker was still introducing him. When he heard the introduction continuing, he jokingly hid behind the curtain until it was time to head to the platform.

Early arrivals are not a problem for someone with nothing to do, and in Biden’s case, nothing coherent to say.
