Krauthammer Calls Obama Nobel Speech "Rather Good" as he "Preens" to "European Lefty Twits" - Video 12/10/09

Here is video of Charles Krauthammer today reacting to President Obama's Nobel Peace Prize acceptance speech delivered in Oslo, Norway earlier today.

Krauthammer described Obama as "preening" before a "hall of well-dressed European lefty twits." But he assessed it as a "rather good speech," because he defended the role of America in defending the security and stability of the world over the past 60 years. He defended "just war" as well.

Krauthammer also praised the speech for criticizing human rights abuses in Iran and China, but said he wishes Obama's actions would match his words.

Regardless of what Obama says, how can we believe him? He'll say anything.

I'm not a fan of Obama, but isn't it interesting while Krauthhammer gives a sideways compliment to Obama, his head is about to explode.

I appreciate your request for comments to not be needlessly argumentive or abusive. How would you rate calling a gathering of European notable people around the Nobel Peace Prize as "lefty twits"? How would you describe calling the President of the United States foreign speaches "deplorable"? How is this useful?

Simple formula:

Krauthammer = rightwinger = A.O.K.

2012 Possible GOP Contenders: Power Rankings

Here is a list of possible GOP Contenders for the 2012 Republican Nomination for President. They are listed in “Power Ranked” order based on our subjective analysis of how strong the candidates would be should they decide to seek the nomination. The rankings are NOT based on how strong the candidates would be in winning in a General Election against President Obama. The rankings will be adjusted day to day as events and information warrant. Rankings do not indicate an endorsement or preference for a particular candidate. Candidates included are those who have either indicated they may run, or individuals for which there is great speculation they will run.
