Just so you know, the prevention aspect of Obama's plan costs more than non according to the CBO.
Also, Medicare is mandatory primary, not a secondary or supplemental insurance. It is law, once your on it, they have to be the first used.
Lastly, putting more people including all the boomers who have no choice on the plan is going to cost more. I wonder how they will manage that while they cut the funds to the program by $500 billion as proposed.
