Abdul Farouk Abdulmutallab Charged in Attempted Terrorist Attack on Northwest Flight 253 - Video 12/26/09
The Nigerian man - Abdul Farouk Abdulmutallab - who tried to blow up Northwest Airlines Flight 253 headed for Detroit on Christmas Day, has been formally charged with the attempted attack. This video report says he was informed of the charges by a U.S. Assistant District Attorney at the hospital where he is recovering from burns he suffered in the attempted attack.
