President Obama Says he is "Convinced" Khalid Sheikh Mohammed will be "Subject to Most Exacting Demands of Justice" in New York Trial - Video 11/13/09

Here is video of President Obama this morning in Tokyo commenting on his decision to bring September 11 Mastermind, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, to New York to stand trial in a civilian court.

Obama said he is "absolutely convinced" that Mohammed will be "subject to the most exacting demands of justice. The American people will insist on it, and my administration will insist on it."
