President John F. Kennedy Assassinated 46 Years Ago Today - Videos 11/22/1963

It was 46 years ago today, November 22, 1963, that President John F. Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas. Here are a series of videos that bring back the events of the day, beginning with the coverage by Walter Cronkite and a local Dallas TV Station. The final two videos are from the extremely graphic Zapruder film showing the assassination itself:

The media kept the public totally uninformed about JFK’s personal life when he was president that people were crying for a week when the events unfolded on tv. Everyone thought he was a family man and had no clue about his womanizing and other associations.

2012 Possible GOP Contenders: Power Rankings

Here is a list of possible GOP Contenders for the 2012 Republican Nomination for President. They are listed in “Power Ranked” order based on our subjective analysis of how strong the candidates would be should they decide to seek the nomination. The rankings are NOT based on how strong the candidates would be in winning in a General Election against President Obama. The rankings will be adjusted day to day as events and information warrant. Rankings do not indicate an endorsement or preference for a particular candidate. Candidates included are those who have either indicated they may run, or individuals for which there is great speculation they will run.
