Here is audio of Judge Andrew Napolitano attacking Sarah Palin on his radio show "Brian and the Judge."
Napolitano called Palin a "goofball" that doesn't "possess the mental capacity to be President of the United States."
Brian Kilmeade also attacked Palin earlier, saying that she was "sexist" to expect a fair interview from Katie Couric.

Sometimes the judge really makes me wonder where he keeps his head when he is not using it.
goof ball /ˈgufˌbɔl/
Pronunciation [goof-bawl]
–noun Slang - a pill containing a barbiturate or a tranquilizing drug.
Origin: 1935–40
Humm...
Palin has something that the leftists and her other attackers can't get close to. It's called personality and charisma.
Sarah doesn't parse her words, she speaks with honesty. A quality that is virtually unknown to the average politician. They can and should eat their hearts out (as if they had one), because Palin will, if she chooses to run, galvanize conservatives like never before. Which is something the left and even Palin's Republican opponents live in terror of.
If they really thought she wasn't all that, they wouldn't bother to attack her non-stop and 24/7. They aren't bright enough to realize how transparent their fear of Sarah is. "Thou doest protesteth too much".

Sarah Palin was once refered to as "a breath of fresh air" during the start of the 2008 campaign. she may well be the "breath of life" for the Republican Party in 2012. Let's hope they realize that.
Judge Napolitano not the homeland security one. He will have to recuse himself from any case that has a Palin supporter involved.
