Anti-War Loon Cindy Sheehan Sticks Bullhorn in Face of Elderly Vietnam Vet - Video 11/29/09

Here is video of far-left anti-war activist Cindy Sheehan getting into it with an elderly Vietnam War Veteran after she stuck a bullhorn in his face. The veteran knocked the bullhorn away and was then yelled and screamed at by members of Code Pink, who were there with Sheehan, protesting in front of Travis Air Force Base.

The veteran had it right when he told Sheehan and the others:

"None of you have got the vaguest idea what you are advocating."

We will not tolerate disparaging military veterans on this site.

I would love to buy that man a beer. He is an American of the finest sort.

That veteran should have been arrested. Just because he didnt agree with what the code pink people had to say, doesnt give him the right to go around pushing women.

He did not start pushing those women. After they stuck a bullhorn over his face, he pushed the bullhorn away and defended himself as they got up in his face. They were pushing him if you care to watch the video. But facts don't matter to some people.

He had every right to speak his mind to them even as they were spouting their anti-military drivel. His opinion counts just as much as theirs does. They just can't handle someone disagreeing with them.

He should have decked her. She committed assault when when she stuck that bullhorn on his face.

The vet is a real hero and appears to be a man of great character and patients. Had that hag put that bullhorn in my face, they would have had to rush her to surgery to have it removed after I shoved it down her throat .

On the other hand, cindy sheehan (her name does not deserve to be capitalized) and the rest of those code pink hags demonstrated the truth about so called peace advocates. They want the fighting to stop, and they will beat you over the head to prove it if you let them.

Ohhhhh, Big Bad Men want to show their strength by beating up on a woman. Well, actually not beating up on a woman, but SAYING they'd beat up a woman. BIG TALK!!

I have no use for Cindy Sheehan but, sorry, the old guy wasn't blameless. HE came up to her and she turned the bullhorn in his direction. He could have (and should have) backed off a little, but instead he decided to retaliate. At least he was smarter than the average "tough guy" commenter on here.

Rule of thumb: Don;t stick a frikin bullhorn in the face of an elderly Veteran.
This "woman" ought to be locked up.
There may be more to the story than we're seeing, but it appears that she's gone from speaking her mind, to borderline treason with what I see here.
It's about time we got some folks in this country to speak THEIR minds about what's right & what's wrong.
This appears to be very wrong, and I think she ought to be censored: like put away for the rest of her life: maybe do some kind of community work or something...

Our proud vets don't deserve her harassment.

for those saying he pushed Cindy Sheehan and assaulted her, please note that he did not hit the bullhorn in a forward manner toward her face, but simply batted it away from his. She is fortunate that he did not react like most men would have, by hitting it in a forward motion with either his fist or the flat of his palm, either one of which would have crushed her face. He surely did not assault her but instead used restraint. He's a bigger man that most.

All of those in the codepink band, and all who support them, should be sent, at their expense, to some other country that they apparently prefer to live in - say Iran, Somalia, North Korea, Sudan, Darfur...where they would undoubtedly receive the type of "respect" and attention they seek, and are deserving of.

Then the rest of us can focus our attention and service on those in and of our Armed Forces, who have given so much and received so little. God Bless America and her Armed Forces!

2012 Possible GOP Contenders: Power Rankings

Here is a list of possible GOP Contenders for the 2012 Republican Nomination for President. They are listed in “Power Ranked” order based on our subjective analysis of how strong the candidates would be should they decide to seek the nomination. The rankings are NOT based on how strong the candidates would be in winning in a General Election against President Obama. The rankings will be adjusted day to day as events and information warrant. Rankings do not indicate an endorsement or preference for a particular candidate. Candidates included are those who have either indicated they may run, or individuals for which there is great speculation they will run.
