President Obama Scolds those Who Criticize his Use of a "Socialist Mop" to Clean Up Nation's Messes - Video 10/15/09

Here is video of President Obama chiding those who oppose his agenda, scolding them for criticizing his use of a "socialist mop" to clean up the nation's messes. Obama was trying to be sarcastic, but may have inadvertently agreed with his critics that his approaches to governing are "socialist" in nature.

Obama had said he rejected those who would sit back and criticize what he is doing to try and deal with issues, likening critics to someone who sits and criticizes the way someone is mopping up a mess:

"Another way of putting it is when, you know, I'm busy and Nancy's (Pelosi) busy with our mop cleaning up somebody else's mess --- we don't want somebody sitting back saying, you're not holding the mop the right way. Why don't you grab a mop, why don't you help clean up. You're not mopping fast enough. That's a socialist mop. Grab a mop -- let's get to work."

The nation is not a floor to be mopped. All approaches to governing are not the same, and do not have the same outcome. It does matter what method you use to fix problems. If you use socialism, you wind up with a very different nation.

Somebody's else's mess Mr. Obama?

Here is the link to the video, "Burning Down The House: What Caused Our Economic Crisis? Bombshell," which shows how Obama contributed to the banking crisis.

Why don't you take responsibility for your actions Mr. Obama?

2012 Possible GOP Contenders: Power Rankings

Here is a list of possible GOP Contenders for the 2012 Republican Nomination for President. They are listed in “Power Ranked” order based on our subjective analysis of how strong the candidates would be should they decide to seek the nomination. The rankings are NOT based on how strong the candidates would be in winning in a General Election against President Obama. The rankings will be adjusted day to day as events and information warrant. Rankings do not indicate an endorsement or preference for a particular candidate. Candidates included are those who have either indicated they may run, or individuals for which there is great speculation they will run.
