Ask a Catholic about the Virgin Birth. Ask a Pentecostal about the Holy Spirit or speaking in tongues. Ask a Jew about Torah's teachings about the Flood or the diaspora. As a Mormon about their undergarments. Each would give you a full, honest and open answer of their beliefs. Any scoundrel who would refuse to illuminate others about the core truths of their belief system either doesn't really believe them and is ashamed to admit their disbelief, or they are fully aware of the scam being perpetrated by the so-called Church of Scientology. The COS is an out and out scam and its proponents are liars, charlatans and manipulators.

Martin Bashir, already hated by millions for destroying Michael Jackson’s life, doesn’t even TRY to act like an impartial journalist anymore. His condescending tone throughout the piece, from its opening sentence, “Some call it a manipulative cult…” makes this clear. This is a “hit piece” from start to finish.

To whoever reads this, take note: all you have to do now to attack someone or something you don’t like is get THREE PEOPLE to agree on the same lie, and then blog about it until bottom-feeders like Bashir report on your gossip as if it’s fact.

It's what the two latest remarks indicate or worse -- Bashi is in on this piece to make Scientology more alluring. The Scientology spokesman didn't have to agree to be interviewed and the celebrity status and mock drama walk out does much to titillate the audience and peeks their curiousity. This was, in fact, a commercial for Scientology.
