GOP Rep. Steve King Destroys NFL Commissioner Over Anti-Rush Limbaugh Remarks - Video 10/28/09

Here is video of Iowa Rep. Steve King destroying NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell on Captiol Hill today where he took Goodell to task for his negative comments about Rush Limbaugh possibly becoming an NFL Owner. King pointed out the unfairness of his comments about Limbaugh, and pointed out that new part ownership of the Miami Dolphins (Fergie) has actually made comments in songs that should be shunned by the NFL.

It was obvious Goodell did not know what hit him. He was tongue-tied and unable to give a coherent response.

So Rusky gets punked because he does not fact check (Not the first time)? Wow, what a surprised.

Oh, and when contronted that he was punked, he defended himself by saying "we stand by the fabricated quote because we know Obama thinks it anyway" (Yeah good try to save face, what a loser)

After so many years of mis-labeling and mis-characterizing others he gets smacked down by the NFL “Not For Limbaugh”. Poor little Rusky his feelings are still hurt, way to go NFL, great job!

Goodell didn't sound all that tongue-tied or incoherent. But, if he sounded that way to you, there might be a reason: Goodell was testifying at a committee hearing investigating football head injuries and their long-term effects on players. What the hell does that have to do with King defending the likes of Rush Limbaugh? King's two feet and half-brain were both clearly out of bounds, and your video replay has confirmed that call.

Unless....

Did King and/or Limbaugh suffer severe head trauma in a tragic football accident?

Did Limbaugh think that, in faking such an injury, he might score some more Oxycontin?

See, if any of you nutjobs ever actually LISTENED to Rush Limbaugh, you would know that his comment about standing behind the fabricated comments because he knows Obama thinks it anyway was not a real sentiment. It was an attempt to throw the same BS excuse back on all the people who said the SAME THING about Rush when it came to light that the racist comments that everyone said Rush made, you know, the comments that made everyone go nuts when he put in a bid for the Rams, were, in fact, fabricated.

Get a clue, stop letting the MSM tell you how to think. I assume you have a brain of your own, why don't you use it for once?

Oh baby that Thursday when he almost cried, priceless.

Love the answer given by the loser... I mean Democrat. I am not an expert in Rush's quotes. Uhh... Then why do you speak at all? This IS NOT a Congressional matter.

End of story.

"This IS NOT a Congressional matter. End of story." I couldn't agree more. So why did GOP Rep. King bring it up in the first place? The hearing was about traumatic brain injuries in football, not poor Rush Limbaugh's hurt feelings.

But, somehow, the rightwing will try to make this the Democratic Party's fault.
