CNN Anchor Disbelieving at Announcement that Chicago Out of 2016 Olympic Contention - Video 10/2/09
Here is video of CNN broadcasting the announcement that Chicago is out of the running for the 2016 Olympics. The announcer is disbelieving, saying repeatedly, "Chicago is Out?" Chicago received the least number of votes in the first round despite a full court press by President Obama and First Lady Michelle to get the Olympics for their hometown.

I felt a thrill going up my leg when I heard that Chicago would not be hosting the 2016 Olympics.
