Isn't Chicago ordering The Today Show not to run Anti-Olympics stories like they did to Fox...
Do we have a double standard here?

This is sooooo off-topic.
But anyways, you need to hear it.

"The United States is "Freedom's Lighthouse" in a world where the light of freedom is not found in many places."

What kind of nationalistic, propagandistic and indoctrinational bullcrap manifesto is this? (can i say crap?)

Dear USofA
You allways talk about freedom and democracy as if it was your young nation who invented such concepts.

So how free are you?
You are free to fight and die for a nation and for countrymen who wouldnt lift an eyebrow or lay a dime to help you out.

You are free to spend a lifetime creating another mans fortune.
While your own life withers away.

You are free to vote for people who uses profesional liers and manipulators to uphold the facade and illusion of personal freedom.

You have my sympathy Americans. You are a proud and good people. But you are not free, not at all, you are all slaves of a system.
And I would dare to claim that a Mongolian goat herder has a life with more freedom and life quality then most of you.

Perhaps some day, the time will come and you will start to open your eyes and think like true individuals. Instead of repeating the indoctrinated gratitude of your former generations. Which you tend to incorperate in everything from movies to speaches.

Yes i know my little rant will most likely be deleted. And cause a lot of negative responces.

But you should only respond if you want something of your chest or for the therapeutic relieve it may cause you.

I wont be back!

Live long and prosper!
You kirk loving spoc suckers!

You may be blessed to live in a free country. But there are many places in this world where there is no freedom - freedom to worship, to speak out, to work where you want to, to move about freely and without regulation, to assemble without suspicion etc.

Many of the places that are free enjoy their freedom largely because the United States bought and paid for it with the blood and treasure of the nation (Europe for example).

Freedom is not a burden to us, but it is a privilege and a responsibility. The rest of the world should be thankful we view it so.
