Here is video of Karl Rove telling Bill O'Reilly he now believes President Obama is "deliberately misleading the public" on his Health Care Plan. He was specifically referring to Obama's continued statement that what he wants will not add to the deficit, when everyone - including the independent Congressional Budget Office (CBO) - knows that it will. Obama is actually claiming that passing ObamaCare will help reign in Federal spending and reduce costs!
