Here is video of GOP Rep. Mike Pence calling for a "suspension" of any further "Czar appointments" by President Obama, and background checks for currently appointed czars in the wake of the Van Jones debacle.
Pence said the "constitutionality" of the appointment of "czars" needs to be examined.
