Comedian Steven Crowder Goes Undercover as a Liberal in Berkeley - Video 9/21/09

Here is video of conservative comedian Steven Crowder going undercover as a liberal student in ultra-liberal Berkeley, California.

Crowder asks students on campus several questions, including "Who is your favorite President?"

He also asked a question about slavery inside a classroom.

Perhaps the best moment is when Crowder approaches a table set up to promote the Health Care Public Option with a sign saying it was "in memory of Ted Kennedy." Crowder asked those manning the table, "Does Mary Jo Kopechne support this too?" The students responded, "I'm not sure," and "I think so."

Crowder certainly exposes the liberal bias on campus there, and a very high level of ignorance.

NOTE: For the few who may not know, Mary Jo Kopechne is the young woman who died when Ted Kennedy drove his car off a bridge on Chappaquiddick Island in 1969. Kennedy left the scene and did not call authorities for hours, leaving Kopechne to die. He was only charged with a misdemeanor.

You know, it's really tasteless to make fun of the mentally handicapped...

To quote the Firesign Theatre:
Benjamin Franklin--The only President of the United States who was never President of the United States.

I'm stunned at how utterly ignorant these students are. They know absolutely nothing about history but are filled with socialist and Marxist reasoning. If these people represent the norm, then the Communists have completely captured UC-Berkeley. Ignorant airhead Communists is the result. This institution should be shut down to protect innocent students from further harm.

The thing is that culture is self perpetuating.. Odds are very good their parents could not answer the same questions with any degree of accuracy either..

Meanwhile America's middle class, those who build, create and produce. They are forced to subsidize the very idiots who destroy the nation.

It really is disturbing to see the level of ignorance many Americans - particularly the young - have of basic U.S. History. That leaves them very susceptible to being led into all kinds of anti-American thinking by University professors who are very often from the Far-Left of the political spectrum. It's a huge built-in advantage for Democrats that will only continue to grow.

The Benjamin Franklin answer was priceless!

2012 Possible GOP Contenders: Power Rankings

Here is a list of possible GOP Contenders for the 2012 Republican Nomination for President. They are listed in “Power Ranked” order based on our subjective analysis of how strong the candidates would be should they decide to seek the nomination. The rankings are NOT based on how strong the candidates would be in winning in a General Election against President Obama. The rankings will be adjusted day to day as events and information warrant. Rankings do not indicate an endorsement or preference for a particular candidate. Candidates included are those who have either indicated they may run, or individuals for which there is great speculation they will run.
