Woman at Town Hall Tells Democrat Anthony Weiner Americans Did Not Vote to "Remake the Nation; We Love This Country" - Video 8/27/09

Here is video of a woman who said she is an "independent" ripping into New York Democrat Rep. Anthony Weiner at a Town Hall Meeting on August 27, saying that "for the first time in my adult lifetime, I am really afraid for my country."

She told Weiner that the American people may have voted for "change" in the last election, but that people did not vote to "remake the nation." She continued, "You may not be aware of it, but we love this country!"

Notice how Anthony Weiner doesn't seem interested in what this woman is saying? This is why Americans are so angry and frustrated with Washington, DC. They are not listening to the American people and they don't want to. At least we'll have a chance to vote a lot of these bums out in 2010 and 2012.

How do you know what Weiner was thinking? The YouTube Brigade, once again. cuts off any response from the congressman. This isn't honest discourse, this is grandstanding of thre highest order.

"Let me spit out my diatribe and then walk away." Weiner gave her as much respect as she deserved, and then probably more. But we won't see that, will we?

2012 Possible GOP Contenders: Power Rankings

Here is a list of possible GOP Contenders for the 2012 Republican Nomination for President. They are listed in “Power Ranked” order based on our subjective analysis of how strong the candidates would be should they decide to seek the nomination. The rankings are NOT based on how strong the candidates would be in winning in a General Election against President Obama. The rankings will be adjusted day to day as events and information warrant. Rankings do not indicate an endorsement or preference for a particular candidate. Candidates included are those who have either indicated they may run, or individuals for which there is great speculation they will run.
