Here is bizarre video of Sen. Arlen Specter entertaining a crowd by goofing on former Sen. Bob Dole, telling a series of what could be described as "semi-offcolor jokes." Specter is increasingly making a total spectacle of himself. He was performing in Homestead, Pennsylvania at a charity event to benefit children.
