Here is video of former Gov. Howard Dean appearing at a Town Hall Meeting in Virginia with Democrat Rep. Jim Moran. The meeting was chaotic and tumultuous as Dean was booed and jeered from the start. He and Moran sparred back and forth with the crowd.

Moran actually said that "Medicare is not actually in the red."
