Bill O'Reilly Goes on Record that ObamaCare Would be "Unconstitutional" - Video 8/25/09

Here is video of Bill O'Reilly tonight discussing whether ObamaCare would even be upheld as Constitutional if adopted. He discusses the issue with Megyn Kelly and Lis Wiehl.

Lis Wiehl believes it is constitutional under the "Commerce clause," but O'Reilly said he is going on record that it is NOT Constitutional for Congress to order Americans what they have to buy. Kelly said it is very convoluted to figure out, and she is not sure.

ObamaCare would require people to buy Health Care. So, even if it passes, look for multiple challenges in the courts as to whether it is Constitutional.

2012 Possible GOP Contenders: Power Rankings

Here is a list of possible GOP Contenders for the 2012 Republican Nomination for President. They are listed in “Power Ranked” order based on our subjective analysis of how strong the candidates would be should they decide to seek the nomination. The rankings are NOT based on how strong the candidates would be in winning in a General Election against President Obama. The rankings will be adjusted day to day as events and information warrant. Rankings do not indicate an endorsement or preference for a particular candidate. Candidates included are those who have either indicated they may run, or individuals for which there is great speculation they will run.
