Sgt. James Crowley Press Conference Following "Beer Summit" - Video 7/30/09
Here is video tonight of Sgt. James Crowley making a statement to the press following his participation in President Obama's "Beer Summit" along with Harvard Professor Henry Louis Gates Jr., and Vice-President Joe Biden. After making a statement, Crowley took several questions from the media.
Crowley said no one "apologized" at the meeting. He said that he and Gates would be setting up another meeting soon.
Crowley also said that he and Gates had "agreed to disagree" on what happened. But he told reporters that they had encountered each other during their respective tours of the White House today, and had introduced their families to each other before the summit.

Well done, Crowley, et al. I am proud that our president moved the issue into a sensible discussion format, and that all the parties rose to the occasion. This is how we can handle difference in America: by coming together as folks with common good will.
well I'll bet Comrade Obama and Skippy Gates are still racists after this propaganda beerfest
