What a loudmouth. I saw a large part of this interview. I am appalled at the way he claims he is for the US to succeed. If you listen to what he says, the US can ONLY succeed under the guidance of a Republican conservative....like Sarah Palin? She is just this side of Dan Quayle from an intellectual perspective. What actionable solutions has Rush and GOP offered to fix the, yes collosal disaster that is the US economy. Lest we forget, this is a global recession where there is no magic pill to fix the multi-faceted implications of anything that is done. The ideal is to stop all spending and essentially do a reset. Does Rush think this can be done is 6 months or a term? Giving GW benefit of 2 years doubt, it still took 6 years to wreck an otherwise healthy economy.

Guess you didn't hear the comment that Limbaugh made about being willing to support a true conservative Democrat. He never said that the U.S. can only succeed under a Republican conservative. If you listen regularly to his show you will find that he finds many negative things to say about the Republican party as he did in this interview. We need to get past party and start thinking about American values not (D) or (R). Obama does not represent the values of most Americans. If he is successful in his agenda this country will not be the same one that we have had for the last 200 years--I do not believe that this is what the majority of our country wants.

2012 Possible GOP Contenders: Power Rankings

Here is a list of possible GOP Contenders for the 2012 Republican Nomination for President. They are listed in “Power Ranked” order based on our subjective analysis of how strong the candidates would be should they decide to seek the nomination. The rankings are NOT based on how strong the candidates would be in winning in a General Election against President Obama. The rankings will be adjusted day to day as events and information warrant. Rankings do not indicate an endorsement or preference for a particular candidate. Candidates included are those who have either indicated they may run, or individuals for which there is great speculation they will run.
