Report on Clinton Trip to India; India Environment Minister Says No to Cap and Trade

Here is a video report on Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's trip to India, where today she essentially apologized for the United States, saying the United States should shoulder more of the burden of cleaning up the environment because the U.S. has been one of the "biggest carbon polluters."

However, things did not go as hoped for by Clinton. India's Environment Minister publicly ruled out India making any legally binding commitments to reduce carbon emissions, saying, "We are simply not in a position to do so."

This is why Obama's Cap and Trade bill is ludicrous. Even if you believe in the wacky man-made Global Warming theory the Democrats have bought into, it will be meaningless to destroy the U.S. economy when clearly India and China will do nothing to reduce their carbon emissions.
