Taliban "Code of Conduct" Book Encourages Killing of "High Value" Targets - Video 7/30/09
Here is a video report on a Taliban "Code of Conduct" circulating in Afghanistan and Pakistan. CNN obtained a copy of the book. A couple of the principles in the book mentioned in the report are:
1. Suicide Attacks are to be reserved for "High Value" and "important targets because a brave son of Islam should not be used for low-value and useless targets." In other words - Kill as many as possible and target U.S. Soldiers and Westerners.
2. No exchanging prisoners for money. The "killing can only be decided by the Imam or his deputy."
Once again, this book shows the kind of enemy America faces, an enemy who is relentless and without conscience or qualms about killing Americans or anyone else who gets in their way.
