Bono Reveals Obama Praised Him for Dodging a Hug from President George W. Bush - Video 7/18/09
Here is video of Bono revealing in an interview that President Obama congratulated him for avoiding a hug with President Bush at a National Prayer Breakfast event. Bono revealed he was trying to avoid hugging Bush, despite the fact President Bush supported his initiatives to help Aids victims in Africa, in fact, far more than any President in history.
When Bono sat down next to then Sen. Obama at the event, Bono says Obama told him, "Nice work with the hug dodge."
That really speaks well of both Bono and Obama, doesn't it. It would have been terrible for Bono to show some class and gratitude across political lines - as Bush was willing to do. Obama was proud of him for his unwillingness to do so. Eventually, America will wake up to the character of the man who now sits in the Oval Office. Obama is in the process of over-reaching now, and he won't be able to keep from continuing to do so. His ego won't let him do anything else.

Notice he didn't mention having hugged 0bama either. What's up with that? Is Bono a racist as well as a hypocrit?
What a hypocrite and ingrate. I believe the true lesson of the Bush years is that liberals must be opposed at all times and at all costs. Helping them inspires them to much more vicious attacks than opposing them ever does. Even if you agree with them on some issues, you must oppose them. To do otherwise is to invite a knife in the back. It is typical of cowards that they only attack people who they think will not fight back.

the Bash Bush technique throws people off of Obama's stupid doings of stealing tax dollars right under our nose. as a 38 year democrat i became ashamed of my party for electing this inexperienced person and a known hater of America along with michelle, that i am now a Republican. Democrats.. wake up and take a good hard look at the liberalism and afraid to take a stance for whats good and not evil as to follow this one. Get off the band wagon and look at yourselves. You can't even read the bills before you sign them. What kind of garbage is in office now? Didn't the american people elect you to represent "us"??? you let us down big time
