Sen. Ted Kennedy Appears with President Obama at White House "Health Care" Summit - Video 3/5/09

Here is video of President Barack Obama making remarks at the opening of a "Health Care Summit" today at the White House. Obama is starting the process of pushing his agenda for socialized medicine with the excuse that it is necessary in order to fix the economy. He was joined today at the summit by Sen. Ted Kennedy, and at the beginning of the video refers to Kennedy as "Sir Edward" because of the news he is being given honorary knighthood by Queen Elizabeth II of England. British Prime Minister Gordon Brown announced the honor yesterday during his speech to a Joint Meeting of Congress.

Re the dubbing of Edward Kennedy to knighthood,

The last paragraph of the 9th section of the US Constitution states that "No title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office or Title of any kind whatsoever, from any King, Prince or foreign state. Where does this leave Senator Kennedy?
