Czech PM Topolanek Says Obama Economic Policies are a "Road to Hell" - Video 3/26/09
Here is a video report on the remarks of Czech Prime Minister Topolanek in which he said President Barack Obama's economic policies are a "road to hell." Topolanek far more fiscally conservative and was a strong ally of former President George W. Bush. He made the comments before the European Union Parliament.

Regarding Czech PM Topolanek's remark, it's good that some people aren't afraid to speak up against constitutionally clueless Constitution "expert" Obama.
Sadly, USA citizens have evidently forgotten that the Founders had made the 10th Amendment to reserve the lion's share of government power to serve the people to the states, not the Oval Office and Congress as is popularly but wrongly thought. In fact, Chief Justice Marshall had established the following case precedent, now wrongly ignored, which limits the power of the feds to lay taxes.
"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States." --Chief Justice Marshall, GIBBONS V. OGDEN (1824)
So Obama's stimulus package from hell can be thought of as the feds returning to the states money that the feds had stolen from the states anyway.
And the reason that we got into unwanted, unconstitutional socialism is as follows, in my opinion. The Constitution-ignoring MSM has been taking advantage of widespread ignorance of state sovereignty to turn the Oval Office into a throne room. After all, the best response of constitutionally ignorant citizens to the stimulus package is evidently to complain about how the "king" is partying their money away as if doing so is their idea of the pursuit of happiness.
The bottom line is that the people need to wise up to the federal government's ongoing illegal usurping of state powers and consider the following. The people need to work with their state lawmakers to repeal the 16th Amendment, the amendment that gives the feds the power to tax citizens directly. The problem with that amendment is that has made it too easy for the corrupt federal government to lay constitutionally unauthorized taxes, in my opinion.
Again, state lawmakers need to put the federal government back on its constitutional leash, deciding on a way to finance the feds which also protects the taxpayer's wallets.
