Sen. John Kerry Talks with Syrian President Assad - Video 2/21/09

Sen. John Kerry has met with Syrian President Assad, a visit not disavowed by the Obama Administration even though Syria is on the U.S. State Department's list of state sponsors of terrorism. The visit is another sign of the Obama Administration's intent to develop closer ties to the enemies of Israel, and the supporters of terrorism around the world.

People like John Kerry really believe they can talk to thugs like Assad and get them to change their ways. Syria, Iran and others will only be emboldened by these moves. The appeasement mentality of the left-wing, now firmly in control in America, will lead to greater chaos and bloodshed in the Middle East and elsewhere.
