Here is video of former President Jimmy Carter and wife Rosalyn flagrantly snubbing Bill and Hillary Clinton at Barack Obama's inauguration today, January 20, 2009, at the U.S. Capitol. In the video, you see Carter warmly greet Barbara Bush, even giving her a hug and kiss, with Hillary and Bill Clinton looking on. Carter and wife Rosalyn then simply walk right past Hillary and Bill Clinton without a word or gesture of acknowledgment at all!
