Though I was nervous after the Couric/Gibson interviews, fearing not that Palin was stupid, but that she didn't understand the level of scrutiny every last word she uttered would invoke, I identified with her in the sense that she is so much like me and how I would be if given the opportunity to be in her shoes. I think she's very capable of running this country, I don't care what anyone says. However, I don't think she'll ever stand the chance to do so simply because of all the ugliness that surrounded her in the MSM during this election cycle. I can't see her ever being able to overcome the incredibly unfair persona that the MSM has plastered upon her. I hope she can, but I just can't see it happening. Maybe she can make it to Congress the next time around...that would be a great comeback statement in my opinion.
to Jennifer ... why would Sarah want to "make it to Congress next time around"? That is a huge demotion!
