Analyzing the Remaining Three Senate Races - Video 11/17/08
Here is video of Nate Silver from fivethirtyeight.com talking about the remaining three Senate races to be decided. I know the host in the video is Arianne Huffington filling in for Rachel Madow, but if you can listen through to Silver, he has been amazingly accurate during the 2008 campaign. He is a liberal, but his model of analyzing polls was truly remarkable.
The bottom line? Silver thinks Democrats will take Alaska, with Begich defeating Stevens. He thinks the recount in Minnesota will favor Franken and give him a truly realistic chance of winning. He believes turnout in Georgia for the runoff Dec. 2 will be lower and it may favor Saxby Chambliss, though it is a real tossup.

Well Georgia's is over, and the liberal illuminati will not get those 60 as they thought. It will be a filibuster, and one that will be well needed.
