Here is a local news report on presumptuous plans by Barack Obama to have a gigantic outdoor election night victory party in Chicago's Grant Park. It's clear he thinks he's won the election -- three weeks before the voting has ended.

Voting hasn't even begun. . . And it's going to be the party that everyone wants to go to - no one is going to want to be miserable at McCain's ceremony.
Actually, voting HAS begun all over the country! IF Obama wins, there will be absolutely no shortage of misery for the next four years.
